There are at least three major areas of riffle shuffle work, manipulative, mathematical and gaffed. The present manuscript deals with tricks and ideas based on riffle shuffle set-ups. In all cases the deck starts with the cards arranged in a basic shuffle stack where the colors alternate red-black-red-black from top to bottom.
